The Bank Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Bank Department operation, ensuring that all Bank activities are fully and continuously monitored. The Bank Shift Manager will establish work priorities and ensure all Bank floor activity and casino policies/procedures are being adhered to. The Bank Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service as well as modeling outstanding leadership at all times.
