The Banquet Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for executing the set up and tear down of banquets, (including receptions, meetings and seminars) as well as supervising staff and running banquet functions.  The incumbent provides superior and professional customer service in the banquet functions/events by being attentive to customers and ensuring that meals are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
