The Gaming Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all casino gaming and gaming related equipment to ensure that integrity is maintained. This position is also responsible for gaming device software upgrades, equipment moves, conversions, installations, repairs, maintenance, diagnostic tests and providing support for slot investigations.
