The Dining Room Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Food and Beverage Outlet/Outlets to which they are assigned. Supervisors/Shift Managers will interact with customers and employees to create a unique and positive customer experience and to coach/ mentor Food and Beverage Department employees. The position also assists in helping the Food and Beverage operation to achieve a high level of operational efficiency while ensuring staff adhere to standard operating procedures. |
