  • refers to the extent to which employees work with others to carry out their tasks.

 

Working with Others is an Essential Skill that all Casino employees need to:

  • Co-operatively work with others to exceed casino service standards.
  • Coach and mentor new employees.
  • Make suggestions on improving teamwork and casino service (break schedules, shift times).

 

Specific Applications in Gaming

  • Count Room Cashiers work together as a team to complete their daily pull and reconciliation.
  • Casino kitchen employees work together to ensure food quality.
  • Surveillance Technicians work in close contact with one another and rely on one another to share information and insights. 
  • Casino Gaming Technicians co-operatively work together to repair casino equipment.
  • Table Games Dealers work with the Table Games Inspector through a series of low key announcements, letting them know when larger bets are laid or when there are large pay outs to be made.
