The Executive Host is responsible for the coordination and implementation of customer service programs within the Casino while maintaining alignment with the overall vision and strategic plan of the organization.  Programs include hosting, public relations and special event planning. This position supervises and works together with a staff of Casino Hosts to ensure a positive and exciting experience for guests while consistently maintaining professionalism, integrity, respect for privacy and sensitivity regarding the casino’s responsible gaming policy.
