The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a constant presence at the Club Card kiosk/Players’ booth for the Casino. Duties include greeting and directing guests, enrolling, processing and updating data into the club card system, assisting in the delivery of customer services programs and events held at the Casinos, and providing customers with updated information on casino amenities, promotions and events. This position delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
