The Customer Services Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Customer Services operation. The Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring all applicable department and casino policies & procedures are adhered to at all times. The Customer Services Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service as well as modeling outstanding leadership at all times.
