Career Introduction

The House & Grounds Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Housekeeping department and grounds operation, ensuring that floor activities are fully and continuously monitored. The Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring all Housekeeping and floor/area activities and casino policies & procedures are being adhered to. The House & Grounds Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service as well as modeling outstanding leadership at all times.
