The Surveillance Supervisor/Shift Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Surveillance staff, establishing work priorities and ensuring all applicable department and casino policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to at all times. Through their supervisory responsibilities, the incumbent must ensure that staff, patrons and assets of the casino, as well as threats to the integrity of the Casinos are protected.
