Career Introduction

The Surveillance Technician is responsible for providing surveillance services to the entire casino operation in full compliance with casino policies, procedures and standards, while delivering exceptional customer service.  The Surveillance Technician monitors, observes and documents all activities (regular and irregular) and take immediate steps to respond to possible threats to the safety and security of staff, patrons, assets and integrity of the casino. This position also responds to all surveillance review requests from all areas of the casino.
